Project Development Manager
Our client is a strong growing Project Developer/investor, build to rent – build to sell, with a clear vision on the future way of living and sustainability topics.
With a challenging number of projects in pipeline and large land bank they are looking forward extending their team with an “Project Developer” who will work closely with the managing director and project team.
You can rely on a ambitious mindset, a solid funding structure and a tremendous grow path.
You will be in charge A-Z (no building implementation) of midsize and large projects, with a delivery capacity of +/- 400 units per year. The projects are mainly situated in the French part of the country and are at various stages of the development process.
You put together a project team of surveyors, fiscal experts, architects, study office.
You immerse yourself in market trends, sustainability topics and the new way of living.
You are responsible for the permit procedures.
You follow up your project in terms of budget and timing.
You maintain an overview and you are dotted line responsible during commercialisation.
You report directly to the CEO.
You can rely on a large experience in project development as a developer or architect.
You have experience in feasibility studies, building permits, conceptualization, …
You are able to manage and direct a team of external experts.
You have a strong affinity with a new way of living and ESG topics.
You have an entrepreneurial spirit; you don’t need a large or established structure.
You are flexible and stress reliant.
You can rely on a relevant network.
You can work independently.
You are mainly Fr speaking / Dutch is a plus.
You have relevant master’s degree.
