Discretion of any type of information whatsoever about the clients aswel as the candidates belongs to Rees' core values.

In our privacy declaration it is clearly stated what kind of information is gathered and to which end.
Personal data is treated with the greatest care and is GDPR compliant.

Rees obtains your personal data purely for executing our services; to give you advice, for selection and recruitment and for sending out news letters.
It is of course at all times possible to cancel your subscription to the news letter.

The responsibility concerning the treatment of your personal data is completely in the hands of Rees; registered at the Antwerp Chamber of Commerce under VAT number BE04733017537731. Rees is responsible for the processing of the personal data as described in this privacy policy.

Your personal data is only processed for contact due to your registration, your application for a job opening or if we wish to present you a job opportunity or in response to a current dossier in which you are a candidate.

The personal data is registered as soon as you send them through or send us your CV via our website, or if you register in any other way or if you are registered to use our services.  We ask your contact details from the moment that you subscribe to our database: if you register or have been registered for our services.  The personal data is used to be able to execute our services; to negotiate, secondment, recruitment & selection and for the sending of news letters.

Part of your contact details are mandatory in order to be able to use our services.  Complementary details may be desirable in order to better align our services with your wishes or to be able to meet up to specific questions or obligations of the clients.
By divulging your personal data, the provider is responsible for the accuracy and relevance of the given data.

Date of birth, nationality, sex.

Curriculum Vitae (CV) and motivation letter.

Your availability.

Other details that may be important in the assessment of the suitability of the applicant.

Name and contact details are kept as long as they are relevant for the purpose that they were registered.
The business contact details will be adjusted or deleted if they are of no relevance any more.
